An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. NS777 will send a notification email to the registered address before any inactivity action is taken. After 24 months of confirmed inactivity, an administrative fee of Rs 500 per month may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any pending verification requirements.
NS777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your ns777 balance within seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
All funds deposited into your ns777 account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to another individual, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of the deposit and potentially the account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 3 minutes around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals via Bank IBFT are processed within 24 hours on working days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 2 to 5 working days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. NS777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money-laundering precaution and does not imply suspicion of wrongdoing.
Your ns777 account balance may consist of real money funds and bonus funds at the same time. Real money funds are always used before bonus funds when placing wagers. Withdrawal requests apply only to real money balances — bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been completed in full.
Important: If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is still being wagered, the bonus balance and all associated winnings from that bonus will be forfeited. The withdrawal will proceed against your real money balance only.

All bets and wagers placed on ns777 are final once confirmed. NS777 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers under any circumstances, except in cases of manifest error (see below). It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet or game entry before confirming it.
A manifest error is an obvious and unambiguous mistake in NS777's platform — for example, a cricket match displayed with obviously incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or a casino game crediting winnings at an incorrect multiplier due to a software error. NS777 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming result that was the product of a manifest error. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have their accounts reviewed and may face suspension.
Cricket bets are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned before a result can be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific in-play market rules state otherwise. Live in-play bets that were placed after the actual event they cover has already been decided — due to data delay — may be voided at NS777's discretion.
All casino games, slots, Ludo rooms, and fish shooting games at NS777 operate using certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or reversed by any player or platform staff. Disconnection from a game session mid-round does not entitle a player to a refund of the wager for that round unless the platform's disconnection policy for that specific game explicitly provides for it.
Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game category, room type, and player tier. Current limits are displayed within each game and room before a wager is placed. NS777 reserves the right to impose individual wager limits on accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing and KYC verification, provided no investigation is pending on the account.
